i had a corner room with panoramic windows. the mornings and evenings were magical. i woke up to a sunny morning view with all the boats and seagulls (i quite enjoyed that). the rooftop restaurant had delicious food. the view was amazing.
The breakfast in the lounge was limited. the tables were not comfortable to eat on. It was a sofa with a low height. room service was slow. i waited 40-45 minutes each time. the quality of the toilet paper seemed low for a 5-star hotel. i've seen better in boutique hotels.

adequate stay with some drawbacks
limited breakfast low quality
the staff were helpful and friendly so that was a positive aspect.
i found mold on the kasar cheese during breakfast that was shocking also the breakfast in the lounge was quite limited and the tables were not comfortable for eating i waited 40-45 minutes for room service each time and the quality of the toilet paper was very low for a supposed 5-star hotel.

WOW! bosphorus bliss!
easy transport club lounge indian cuisine hotel gym
the location is superb with very easy transport links. the club lounge views plus the views from the 16th-floor roof lounge were Excellent. madhu restaurant provided the best indian cuisine i have had in a long time. the hotel gym is huge with many different machines and three different exercise rooms!
i had an issue with the online payment verification. it required emailing my assistant to confirm the corporate card, which delayed my check-in, though it was resolved within ten minutes

the staff members were friendly plus helpful. the reception staff were amazing! the cleaning service maintained high standards throughout the stay. i was so happy with everything!!

The breakfast offers great variety, i just loved it. the lounge offers a happy hour with food and drinks between 5 pm and 7 pm. This is important if you have access to it. everything tasted delicious, so yummy!

the resident suite was very spacious. it had a large living area and a fully equipped kitchen. the washing machine and dishwasher were very convenient.
room service was a bit slow.

wide variety fresh fruit fine view
The staff was very attentive. breakfast offered a wide variety of options. I especially enjoyed the fresh fruit selection. the room's view was fine. i appreciated the thoughtful amenities, and i look forward to returning.
the gym had limited hours, and i wished it stayed open a little later.

The hotel features an outdoor pool, and i saw a fitness center equipped with treadmills and weights, i didn't use them but i saw them. The spa includes treatment rooms and relaxation areas, but i had no time to try it.
